Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and Train Team Members: Coach and train all warehouse associates and beneficiaries to reach operational efficiency and achieve production goals.
Quality Control: Maintain quality control for all materials going to the stores, including pricing according to policy.
Safety and Security: Ensure adherence to safety measures established by ARC policy and government regulations, as well as maintain the safe, proper use, and maintenance of warehouse supplies and production equipment.
Requirements:
Education: High School graduate or equivalent required.
Experience: 1 year in a warehouse environment and 1 year of supervisory experience.
Skill: Strong communication, leadership, accountability, and follow-through skills, with the ability to differentiate quality of donated items and adaptability to supervising and working in various production units.
