Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our distribution center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of merchandise. Your leadership skills and attention to detail will enable you to motivate and mentor teams of warehouse associates and beneficiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and Train Team Members: Coach and train all warehouse associates and beneficiaries to reach operational efficiency and achieve production goals.
Quality Control: Maintain quality control for all materials going to the stores, including pricing according to policy.
Safety and Security: Ensure adherence to safety measures established by ARC policy and government regulations, as well as maintain the safe, proper use, and maintenance of warehouse supplies and production equipment.
Requirements:
Education: High School graduate or equivalent required.
Experience: 1 year in a warehouse environment and 1 year of supervisory experience.
Skill: Strong communication, leadership, accountability, and follow-through skills, with the ability to differentiate quality of donated items and adaptability to supervising and working in various production units.
