Job Description
Arjheera, a leading retail brand, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient product receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. While previous experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using a warehouse management system (WMS) (basic computer skills required).
• Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layout and organization for optimal space utilization.
• Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and procedures.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Manage and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts and barcode scanners (knowledge of barcoding a plus).
• Liaise with suppliers and transportation companies to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure work environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of warehouse processes.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience (or willingness to learn).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
• Knowledge of barcoding a plus.
• Ability to lift and move moderate weights.
• Valid government ID
