Edgistify is looking for an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager to manage operations with a focus on automotive parts warehousing .
If you have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in managing multiple warehouse operations, leading teams, and overseeing client relationships, this is the role for you!
Job Profile :
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order processing, and shipping of automotive parts.
• Manage multiple warehouse locations, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient operations across all sites.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, conducting regular review meetings to ensure satisfaction and explore growth opportunities.
• Lead and manage warehouse staff, fostering high performance, providing training, and ensuring team development.
• Ensure smooth execution of all warehouse processes, meeting KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and KRAs (Key Result Areas).
• Maintain accurate inventory levels with regular cycle counts and audits, ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
• Implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Ensure a safe and secure working environment, maintaining high safety standards.
• Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize warehouse operations and identify cost-saving measures.
Preferred Experience :
• Minimum of 3+ years managing multiple warehouse operations, with specific experience in automotive parts warehousing.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and handling client relationships.
