Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team at the Meadow Gold Dairy/Las Vegas facility. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe movement of products throughout the facility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing any combination of picking, pulling, and building orders, palletizing products, loading, unloading, and staging materials for outgoing delivery. Additionally, they will safely operate various material and handling equipment and machinery within a warehouse, cooler, freezer or dock environment.
In this fast-paced environment, you will work closely with other team members to achieve operational excellence. You must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimal. Effective verbal and written communications skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist others when lifting is necessary
Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
Minimum six months experience in operating a forklift in a high efficiency environment
Minimum six months experience related to manufacturing environment
Must have forklift operator's certification
