Chemist Box Private Limited, a leading multi-outlet retail pharmacy chain in Patna, is actively seeking an Operations & Warehouse Manager to spearhead our operational efficiency. With 7 physical stores, 1 online outlet, and a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional service, we stand as the preferred destination for high-quality pharmaceutical products.
Position: Operations & Warehouse Manager
Location:
Various locations in Patna, Bihar (Working Location is as mentioned; applications from anywhere in the country are welcome)
Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management:
- Independently oversee day-to-day store operations.
- Implement and strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) from the corporate office.
- Efficiently manage stock and inventory in coordination with the warehouse.
2. Warehouse Management:
- Streamline warehouse processes to ensure seamless inventory flow.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage procedures for maximum efficiency.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies.
3. Sales Growth and Customer Satisfaction:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
4. Employee Management and Leadership:
- Cultivate a positive work environment, ensuring staff satisfaction.
- Provide comprehensive training to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
5. Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the procurement team for timely and efficient stock replenishment.
6. Communication and Reporting:
- Maintain effective communication with the corporate office and other locations.
- Generate, analyze, and present comprehensive sales and inventory reports for management review.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail store management and warehouse operations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and drive operational excellentBenefits
