About The Role
Location: Warehouse (Soho)
Status: Full-Time
Compensation: $26.00-$28.00/hr
Position Summary: The Kith Warehouse Operations Supervisor is an integral piece to the overall efficiency of the Warehouse’s operations. They work directly with the Warehouse General Manager and other members of the Management team to ensure operational tasks are completed to company standards. Under the direction and guidance of the Warehouse General Manager, they will not only delegate but actively participate in the execution of all assigned tasks. Collaboratively working with all levels within the warehouse, the Warehouse Operations Supervisor will maintain organized and effective communication with all appropriate business partners regarding inventory, logistics, and overall warehouse operations related matters. When directed by the Warehouse General Manager, they will partner with the retail team(s) and assist in the coordination and completion of any assigned tasks. Leading by example, the Warehouse Operations Supervisor will focus on the efficient execution of the merchandise processing, and team training.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
• Assist in the execution and completion of all assigned tasks through delegation and active participation.
• In partnership with the Warehouse General Manager and Warehouse Supervisor, ensure product is processed as per company standards.
• Provide concise feedback on overall and induvial staff performance to the Management team for effective task delegation and scheduling purposes.
• Appropriately communicate with HQ business partners, in partnership with the Warehouse General Manager.
• Ensure all delivery information is recorded and accurately reported.
• Under the guidance of the Warehouse General Manager, communicate daily goals and priorities and redirect activities as necessary to achieve results.
• Ensures the warehouse and working areas are neat, clean, and organized.
• Influences employees to support an operationally efficient and effective process driven environment.
• Assist with housekeeping responsibilities including but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, collection of trash, and other tasks traditionally associated with standard retail operations.
Special Projects/Tasks
• Participate and assist in Physical Inventories as required by the business.
Requirements
Experience:
• 1-3 years in a warehouse/operations role.
• 6 months+ year of retail/apparel operations experience.
• 6 months+ year in a leadership role.
Skills/Abilities
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects/tasks at one time
• Efficient and effective communicator and delegator
• Comprehensive computer skills and familiarity with Google Suite (Email, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
• Ability to perform business math and accounting
• Standing/Walking for prolonged periods of time
• Lifting or moving 50+ pounds, with and without equipment
• Bending, twisting as well as climbing of ladders and other physical tasks related to standard retail operations
