About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Warehouse Operative to support the daily operations of our busy warehouse. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring our goods are received, stored, and dispatched safely, efficiently, and in line with company procedures.
This role operates on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern — working 12-hour shifts from 7:00am to 7:00pm.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately handle inbound deliveries and outbound collections following company SOPs.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (FLT licence essential).
Process stock movements using our D365 system in a timely, precise manner.
Participate in regular stock takes and cycle counts.
Maintain accurate records, both physically and digitally.
Support other warehouse teams where required.
Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with Health & Safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
Current FLT licence (essential).
Strong team player with good communication skills.
Proactive and takes initiative when solving problems.
Understanding of ERP/warehouse management systems (D365 knowledge a bonus).
Commitment to health, safety, food safety, and quality standards.
