Warehouse Operative| Full time | Erith.
We are looking for an energetic warehouse worker to receive and dispatch merchandise to and from our warehouse.
THE SALARY
• £575 per week plus bonus
KEY RESPONSIBILITES;
• Load and unload outgoing and incoming delivery vehicles.
• Select products from the warehouse, load and secure goods to pallets, move inventory to delivery area, and load merchandise.
• Unload stock from delivery vehicles, and transport to and store in designated warehouse positions.
• Adhere to the warehouse health and safety policy and procedures.
• Accept delivery of inventory, counting and confirming inventory and inspecting inventory for damage and faults.
• Communicate errors to relevant parties.
• Mark and label stock.
• Store inventory in an accessible manner and load and wrap stock on pallets.
• Build loads with forklift and electronic pallet jack.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE;
• Qualifications. Hold a forklift license.
• Experience. Previous experience is essential particularly in operating a forklift. You will work well under pressure and have the ability to prioritise. You will have excellent time keeping and have a strong customer and quality focus.
• Communication. You will have good communication skills, spoken and written.
• Influence & Persuasion. Build good working relationships with colleagues and our customers.
• People & Self Development. You will have a flexible “can do” attitude to cope with constantly changing priorities.
