Job Description - Warehouse Executive/ Operator
We are seeking a skilled and organized Warehouse Executive/ Operator to oversee the efficient operations of our warehouse facility. As a Warehouse Executive/ Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and managing the overall logistics process. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be crucial in maintaining a well-organized and smoothly functioning warehouse.
Responsibilities:
1-Warehouse Operations Management:
Supervise and coordinate all activities within the warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee the receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods while adhering to safety and quality standards.
2-Inventory Control and Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory and stock movements.
Regularly conduct physical stock checks to reconcile inventory levels and identify discrepancies.
3- Billing and Order Management:
Review and verify all incoming and outgoing orders and bills to ensure accuracy.
Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile invoices and resolve any billing discrepancies.
4-Goods Receipt Note (GRN) Maintenance:
Ensure timely and accurate preparation and maintenance of Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
Verify GRNs with incoming shipments to confirm order completeness and quality.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Executive with 0-3 yrs of experience or similar role, with a track record of successful inventory management.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in inventory management software and other relevant tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
