Join Our Team as a Warehouse Operative in Reading!

Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment? We're hiring a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our team in Reading, where no two days are the same!
What We Offer
• Location: Reading
• Hourly Rate: £11.70 per hour
• Weekly Pay: Paid every Friday
• Work Hours:
• Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30
• Every other Saturday, 08:00 - 12:00
• Variety: Mainly warehouse-based, with occasional local deliveries
Your Role
• Warehouse Operations: Your primary duties will include picking, scanning, loading, and unloading a variety of car parts, ensuring they are handled with care and accuracy.
• Stock Management: You’ll be responsible for maintaining an organized warehouse, helping to manage inventory levels and ensuring stock is correctly accounted for.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure that orders are fulfilled efficiently and that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Customer Interaction: While your role is mainly warehouse-based, there may be occasions where you’ll step in to cover local deliveries, ensuring our customers receive their orders on time.
• Flexibility: We value adaptability—sometimes, you'll need to cover delivery routes during staff absences due to sickness or holidays.
Requirements
• Driving License: A valid UK driving license is essential for this role as you will be required to make occasional deliveries.
• Physical Stamina: The role involves physical work, including lifting and moving heavy car parts.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key when picking and packing orders to ensure our customers receive the correct parts.
