Warehouse Operative vacancies available in Lincoln, Lincolnshire.
We are currently seeking 2 experienced Warehouse Operatives to join a leading manufacturing company in Lincoln.
Due to the location of the site you MUST have your own transport.
The annual salary for this role is just under £28,500 per annum (based on an hourly rate of £13.00 per hour).
Please be advised that this will be working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern which will be 2 days and 2 nights followed by 4 days off, providing a perfect balance between work and personal life.
The hiring manager would prefer for you to hold a Counterbalance forklift license, but they are prepared to put people through the course providing you pass a 3 month probation period.
What You Will Do
• Ensure goods received and outbound are loaded to match requirements efficiently.
• Store and rotate stock in adherence to company guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse environment at all times.
• Conduct regular maintenance on equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Adhere to operational procedures to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Report any missing or damaged goods to supervisors promptly.
