About the role:
We're on the lookout for two experienced Warehouse Operators to join our Penrose team in Auckland. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you'll be part of a close-knit team that prides itself on safety, efficiency, and delivering top-notch customer service.
Shift availability:
Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 3pm
Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm
No two days are the same - you'll be hands-on with forklift operations, manual handling, and all aspects of warehouse logistics, including:
Safely loading and unloading trucks and shipping containers
Physically receiving inbound goods, including checking, counting, and verifying deliveries before sign-off
Identifying, reporting, and documenting damaged or short-delivered stock
Checking and applying product labels to ensure accurate identification.
Putting stock away in designated locations following receipt confirmation
Picking, staging, and assembling customer and STO orders accurately and on time
Operating forklifts (counterbalance with various attachments and high-reach)
Assisting with stock checks, cycle counts, and stocktakes
Ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining warehouse records
Keeping the warehouse and yard clean, organised, and safe
About you
Current forklift licence
Solid warehouse experience (2 years minimum) and manual handling capability (up to 25kg)
Strong attention to detail, numeracy, and literacy skills.
Self-motivation, problem-solving ability, and a team player mindset.
Good safety awareness and hazard identification skills.
