Qualifications
HS or GED minimum
Forklift is part of the job, no prior experience needed, not frequent use / once a week

First shift: M-F, 8:30am-5pm (could have some flex after training 6-8:30am start time/ 8.5 hour day)
Pay: $22/hr
PPE: Steel toed shoes (will be provided), long pants, uniform will be provided, safety glasses
Responsibilities
The Packaging Operator will be responsible for the process packaging of orders of manufactured chemicals by coordinating the activities of the site planner, operations supervisor, and shipping department to ensure a high level of customer service
Your duties will include receiving material that has cleared final quality inspection, prepared the appropriate packaging container(s), and filled the prepared containers according to the required configuration
You will be responsible for the final labeling of packaged products before transferring them to the shipping department and are accountable for the accuracy, cleanliness, and on-time completion of your orders
You will be expected to complete detail-oriented paperwork and computer transactions to support packaging and ERP systems and to uphold our high-quality standard throughout all operations
In addition to the packaging responsibilities, you will be expected to maintain and ensure the accuracy of departmental SOPs as well as maintain proper inventory, organization, and cleanliness of the packaging department
