Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Warehouse Package Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level role, and no prior warehouse experience is required—paid training will be provided. As a Warehouse Package Associate, you will help prepare, move, and organize packages to support daily warehouse operations. We use clear instructions, teamwork, and hands-on training to help you succeed. Applicants of all backgrounds are encouraged to apply, including those new to the workforce.
Responsibilities
Sort, scan, and organize packages for storage or shipment
Load and unload packages from carts, pallets, or delivery vehicles
Label and prepare packages according to simple guidelines
Move packages to the correct areas within the warehouse
Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
Follow basic safety rules and instructions
Work with team members to meet daily goals
Notify a supervisor of damaged or missing items
Qualifications
No previous experience required; full training provided
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Basic communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable with routine physical activity such as standing, walking, and lifting light to moderate packages
Positive attitude and motivation to do quality work
Pay: $28.36 - $33.13 per hour
