Position Type:

• Full-Time

• Most workers put in 30-35 hours of work per week on average

• New hires will receive a starting pay of $23.75 an hour

Responsibilities:

The ability to perform tasks, whether or not reasonable accommodations are necessary, is a requirement.

• Implementing an efficient system for the selection and receipt of incoming inventory to meet store demands.

• Procedures for product handling are observed while moving merchandise around the warehouse.

• Carefully strategizes the loading and arrangement of merchandise to be shipped, while also unloading delivery from trucks or back-hauls with precision.

• Performs cleaning activities to maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the warehouse, maximizing the utilization of space and resources.

• Carries out warehouse inventory counts in adherence to guidelines.

• By maintaining consistent communication and information sharing, this individual is able to work collaboratively with their peers, suppliers, and warehouse leaders.

• Suggests modifications to the warehouse management process for better efficiency.

• Assesses products, confers with warehouse executives on commodity quality, safety apprehensions, and sanitation matters.

• Performs tasks independently and is accountable for the results within the defined scope of authority.

• Assists in fulfilling the predetermined financial objectives of warehouse management.

• Completes all given tasks with precision, proficiency, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Abides by the established protocols for implementing the ergonomic program.

• Executes essential job tasks while abiding by safety regulations and operating designated equipment.

• Alerts management about any possible concerns regarding product quality, sanitation, and safety.

• Additional obligations as requested.

Physical Requirements:

• Continuously move goods from storage and package merchandise for delivery to stores.

• Warehouse work necessitates physical activity such as sitting, standing, bending, reaching, gripping, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and walking, which the employees must be able to execute regularly.

• Working in this occupation expects one to be comfortable, regardless of the temperature changes, whether hot or cold, both outdoors and in refrigerator and freezer working conditions.

• The ability to skillfully control heavy-duty machinery with caution is a critical requirement.
