We're seeking experienced warehouse pickers for ongoing positions with clear pathways to permanent employment and pay progression.
Position Details
Location: Prestons, NSW (Near Liverpool)
Shift: Day Shift - 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Rate: $32.31 per hour
Employment: Long-term casual with permanent contract opportunity

About the Role
This is a physically demanding warehouse picker position involving significant manual handling and heavy lifting.
You'll be working in a fast-paced distribution environment using RF scanning technology to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Pick and pack orders using RF scanning systems
Perform heavy lifting and manual handling throughout the shift
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all picking activities
Work efficiently to meet daily KPI targets
Follow all warehouse safety protocols and procedures
Maintain organized work areas and equipment
Essential Requirements
Experience: Previous warehouse and RF scanning experience (essential)
Physical Fitness: Excellent physical condition with ability to perform heavy lifting consistently
Reliability: Outstanding attendance record and punctuality
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in order picking and scanning
Work Ethic: Strong commitment to productivity and quality standards
