OPERATIONS PROCESSOR (PARCEL SORTER)

AVTAV are proud to be working in cooperation with DHL a global logistics company proving courier, package delivery and express mail services

Role - Operations Processor (parcel sorter)

Location - EDINBURGH

Shifts - Mon - Fri

Hours - 16.00-20.00 MON-FRI 20 HRS A WEEK

Pay between 08.00am -19.00pm: £11.65 per hour

Pay between 19.00pm - 08.00am: £14.30 per hour

Pay Saturdays: Additional £1 per hour

Pay Sundays: Additional £2 per hour

Pay OT: £16.80ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Scanning and processing all incoming parcels

Sorting parcels by hand

Observing Health & Safety Rules and keeping warehouse clean

Bagging And Labelling Parcels For DeliveryREQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

The ability to prioritise and have an eye for detail

Manual lifting of shipments is required

Good communication skills - written and verbal

The ability to demonstrate great team workPACKAGE

Weekly pay every Friday

Relevant Aviation security training completed in house by Avtav (not cost to applicant)
