Warehouse & Fulfilment Specialist (E-commerce)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse & Fulfilment Specialist to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and manage end-to-end order processing for our e-commerce brand. This role requires hands-on experience with OMS & WMS systems and strong knowledge of multi-channel fulfilment, including Amazon, Myntra VMS, Flipkart VMS, and Vendor Central.
The ideal candidate is process-oriented, disciplined, and understands the importance of SLA adherence in high-volume e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
Manage inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations
Ensure proper binning, labelling, SKU mapping, and inventory accuracy
Maintain warehouse hygiene, layout, and storage efficiency
Follow FIFO / FEFO principles and best warehousing practices
Order Processing & Fulfilment
Process daily orders from multiple channels:
Shopify / D2C
Amazon (Seller/Vendor Central)
Myntra VMS
Flipkart VMS
Ensure timely order confirmation, picking, packing, and dispatch
Coordinate with courier partners and marketplace logistics teams
OMS & WMS Management
Operate and manage EasyEcom / Unicommerce (mandatory experience)
Sync inventory across all sales channels
Monitor order flow, exceptions, cancellations, and RTOs
Resolve order stuck, sync failures, and inventory mismatches
SLA & Process Compliance
Ensure strict SLA adherence for:
Order processing
Dispatch timelines
Marketplace compliance
Monitor breach risks and proactively resolve issues
Follow SOPs and ensure the warehouse team adheres to defined processes
Inventory Control
Maintain accurate stock levels across all channels
Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliations
Identify and resolve shrinkage, damages, and discrepancies
Manage returns, exchanges, and RTV processes
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily operational MIS (orders, dispatch, pending, breaches)
Coordinate with:
Marketplace team
Customer support
Finance & accounts
Support audits and operational reviews
Required Skills & ExperienceMust-Have
2+ years of experience in e-commerce warehouse operations
Hands-on experience with EasyEcom or Unicommerce
Strong understanding of OMS & WMS workflows
Experience handling Amazon, Myntra VMS, Flipkart VMS, Vendor Central
Clear understanding of warehouse processes & SLA management
Good to Have
Experience in fashion/apparel warehousing
Knowledge of RTO, returns grading, and QC processes
Basic Excel skills for inventory and operations tracking
