An opportunity for a Warehouse Storeperson to support operations at our warehouse/distribution centre in Adelaide. Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, this is a permanent, full-time role located in Angle Park, SA.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Warehouse Storeperson, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring donated goods are effectively and accurately sorted for store use in a timely manner - This includes determining if such goods appear to be of sufficient quality to be re-sold in our store.
Pick and prepare store orders efficiently and correctly using the correct paperwork, systems and operating procedures.
Other duties may include baling clothing, loading or unloading stock from trucks, maintaining cleanliness of the work area and disposal of unusable items.
Meeting occupational health and safety obligations.
Occasionally required to move trucks in and out of the warehouse
ABOUT YOU
As our ideal candidate, you will meet the following essential criteria:
Forklift licence (Essential)
MR Licence (Preferred)
Demonstrated warehouse experience ideally in a retail environment (Preferred)
Demonstrated understanding of the principles of customer service.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to work under supervision and to work in accordance with a schedule.
