About the Role:
Coach and train junior warehouse associates on proper process and procedure.
Manage and ensure achievement of performance goals and other policies & procedures.
Ensure a safe working environment for all associates, including championing safety programs and initiatives.
Assist in the warehouse as needed.
Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds in a physical environment. Stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes.
May act as a manager and perform other duties as assigned.
Generally has 7+ years of experience in area of responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
Forklift experience preferred.
Leadership experience.
Attention to detail.
Spanish language proficiency.
