Job Overview
We are looking for a diligent and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising warehouse operations efficiently and effectively across Delhi, Ludhiana, and Chandigarh. This role is available on a Full-Time, Contract, Contract-To-Hire, and Fixed-Term-Employment basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in forklift operation and other warehouse management skills.
Qualifications and Skills
• Proficient in forklift operation (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to communicate efficiently in English (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in hiring forklift operators (Mandatory skill).
• In-depth understanding of warehouse safety protocols.
• Skilled in loading and unloading procedures.
• Proven ability to manage attendance records of warehouse staff.
• Experience with conducting and managing forklift inspections.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
• Create and manage schedules to ensure adequate staffing for all warehouse functions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficiency in logistics and operations.
• Implement and ensure compliance with operational policies and safety procedures.
• Oversee the hiring and training of new forklift operators.
• Monitor and report warehouse productivity and manage warehouse operations budget.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Foster a positive team environment and provide consistent and constructive feedback to employees.
