Responsibilities
Factory Certified Supervisor is responsible for ensuring functions associated with warehouse and refurbishing processes are completed accurately and on time
Supervisor will lead their shift operations from start to finish each workday
They will direct, train, and monitor associates in warehouse functions such as receipt, inventory, order selection, packaging, labelling, and shipping
They will be expected to have the ability to work with warehouse management systems to achieve metrics such as productivity, on time performance, etc
Conduct daily start-up meeting to assign tasks/positions for the day
Ability to complete inventory counts and adjust as needed
Utilizing forklifts
