We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage inventory and delivery processes, pack and dispatch orders nationwide, and deliver goods to customers in Auckland, ensuring services are timely and accurate.

Key responsibilities:

Supervise daily warehouse operations:

Prioritise safety to achieve a zero-harm workplace

Handle all goods efficiently and accurately

Keep workspaces clean and organised

Lead and support your team to meet KPIs

Report on staff attendance and performance

Improve warehouse processes for productivity

Coordinate with teams and clients for smooth operations

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a warehouse supervisory position and capability to manage a team

Leadership and organisational skills

Written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of health and safety practices

A valid full Driver's Licence and eligibility to obtain Police Clearance are required for this position. Possession of a forklift licence is advantageous but not mandatory, as support will be provided to acquire one if necessary. Successful candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment medical clearance check.
