What does the job look like?

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day Inbound operations at our Eagle Farm site, working Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM. This includes managing all inbound activities such as receiving, put-away, and supporting with downstream functions including picking, wrapping, load creation, and container processing. The successful candidate will be accountable for optimising labour resources, promoting a strong safety culture, and consistently delivering high service standards in line with BevChain and customer expectations. Key areas:

Lead and supervise inbound warehouse activities: receipts and put-away.
Efficiently roster labour to support operational productivity and service delivery.
Maintain clear communication across teams, shifts, and customer contacts.
Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and WHS policies.
Support with stock counts, consumables, and equipment maintenance
Record and reconcile payroll, rosters, and timesheets.
Report daily and weekly KPIs to management
Support system training, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Adhere to Linfox standards, policies, and procedures consistently, including the Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Management system.

We are looking for a driven and capable leader to take ownership of our inbound warehouse operations at Eagle Farm. The successful candidate will be proactive, organised, and committed to delivering operational excellence while fostering a safe and productive team environment. You can demonstrate:

Have a solid background in warehouse or logistics operations, with a strong understanding of inbound processes such as receiving, put-away, and inventory flow.
Demonstrated experience in a warehouse leadership role (ideally FMCG or 3PL)
Strong knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS) and operational processes
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Take a hands-on approach to safety, compliance, and operational improvement—you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed
