Responsibilities
As a member of the Operations team the Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a warehouse, ensuring that the staff follows safety and quality standards, and implementing Lean principles to optimize efficiency and productivity
The Warehouse Supervisor also provides leadership and guidance to the warehouse team, resolves any issues or problems, coordinates with other departments and external partners, and run improvement projects to address current and future challenges
Supervise and manage the warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and disciplining
Implement and improve the warehouse processes and procedures, using Lean tools and techniques to eliminate waste and increase efficiency
Prepare and analyze various reports and data related to the warehouse performance, costs, and improvement opportunities
Handle and resolve any issues or problems that arise in the warehouse, such as equipment breakdowns, staff conflicts, or customer complaints
Overseeing physical material transfer to and from warehouse including MES and SAP transactions
Responsible in preparation and driving of warehouse cycle count program and annual physical inventory

The Grid Technologies Products (GT PR) business unit located in Richland, MS is seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor. As a member of the Operations team the Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a warehouse, ensuring that the staff follows safety and quality standards, and implementing Lean principles to optimize efficiency and productivity. The Warehouse Supervisor also provides leadership and guidance to the warehouse team, resolves any issues or problems, coordinates with other departments and external partners, and run improvement projects to address current and future challenges.

• Supervise and manage the warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and disciplining.

What You Bring
• Bachelor's Degree, (BS/BA) or associate degree with equivalent work-related experience.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• 2-5 years’ experience in logistics or manufacturing environment, SAP and ERP knowledge is required.
• Inventory management, materials, or manufacturing background required.
• Lean, continuous improvement, and Kanban including VMI skills preferred.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
