The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at our high-performance logistics hub. You’ll play a key role in ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched with precision, while leading a committed team to deliver on customer expectations with speed, accuracy, and safety.
This role goes beyond traditional warehousing – you’ll be instrumental in optimising workflows, managing escalations, ensuring compliance, and supporting broader business goals including stock readiness for refurbishment programs and KPI achievement. The Role
Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and product distribution
Lead and motivate warehouse staff through clear direction, training, and performance management
Develop and enforce operational procedures to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance
Collaborate with despatch, showroom, customer service, and technician teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely resolutions
Monitor and manage urgent customer orders and escalations, ensuring priority fulfilment
Conduct and lead toolbox meetings to reinforce safety standards and team focus
Coordinate stocktakes, inventory audits, and maintain system data integrity in KING WMS and SAP
Prepare performance and KPI reports, taking proactive steps to meet and exceed targets
Manage daily driver operations, customer pickups, freight handling and damage reporting
Drive ongoing improvements in warehouse layout, workflow, and operational cost efficiency
Ensure WHS compliance and maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment
Support outlet stock availability through refurbishment program alignment
Oversee end-of-life approvals and streamline related processes
About You
You have 5+ years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role, ideally in furniture, retail, or logistics
You’re a confident leader with proven success in team development, motivation, and performance coaching
You bring strong knowledge of warehouse systems and logistics operations, with hands-on experience using WMS (preferably KING WMS) and SAP
You have excellent problem-solving skills and can manage complex priorities in a dynamic environment
You're detail-oriented and proactive, always looking for ways to improve efficiency and quality
You have outstanding communication and organisational skills and can build positive relationships across teams
You’re WHS aware and committed to upholding safety and compliance standards
Physically capable of manual tasks, including lifting up to 25kg and operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts
