We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to take full ownership of our warehouse, logistics, and dispatch functions. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will be responsible for optimizing our operational hub, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery to branch warehouses and project sites Australia wide.

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Plan, coordinate, motivate and assign responsibilities to your team to ensure daily accurate dispatch targets and on-time delivery is achieved to all branch warehouses and project sites Australia wide.
Oversee all daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and packing and dispatch of orders.
Cross-check scanned items with Transfer Notes using our ScanWorx and Tencia ERP systems to ensure delivery and stock accuracy.
Lead, train, schedule, and performance-manage the warehouse team, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
Maintain impeccable inventory integrity through systematic cycle counts, stock takes, and process controls.
Develop, implement, and refine warehouse processes, systems, and policies to enhance productivity, accuracy, and workflow.
Ensure strict adherence to WHS (Work Health and Safety) standards, maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
Collaborate closely with Projects, Procurement, Manufacturing and Logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Analyse operational performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Manage the maintenance and safe operation of all warehouse equipment, including forklifts and delivery vehicles.
Provide regular, insightful reporting on inventory, dispatch performance, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
Oversee stock levels across all branches to ensure consistency without excess.
Requirements of the Role/Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a warehouse supervisory or leadership role with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is a MUST for you to succeed in this role.
Current forklift license and full driver license is ESSENTIAL.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Excellent communication, coordination, team building and people skills.
Confident ERP/WMS user with strong accuracy (Familiarity with Tencia ERP and ScanWorx barcode scanning systems would be an advantage).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
