Job Description
We are seeking a strong leader to join our Glasgow-based warehouse operation, a part of a well-respected spirits business.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to lead and motivate a dynamic three-person team of warehouse/forklift personnel, guiding them in daily labour planning and coaching.
You will be responsible for conducting regular stock takes/counts, utilizing our ERP system to manage and track stock within the warehouse, and being accountable for labour and consumables usage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate a high-performing team
• Daily use of a forklift in a busy warehouse environment
• Conduct regular stock takes/counts
• Use company's ERP system to manage and track stock
• Be accountable for labour and consumables usage
What We Offer:
• Competitive salary up to £35,000 per annum
• Four-day working week (Monday to Thursday)

Requirements:
• Strong leadership skills with ability to lead and motivate a team
• Active forklift license
• Reliable worker with strong record of attendance
• Desire to be hands-on manager who can lead by example
• Experience using SAP or other ERP system (desirable)
• Cask handling experience (desirable)
