Job Title: Warehouse Team Leader
Location: Coalville, LE67
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £14.50 per hour
About Our Client:
Our client, a leading organisation in the fulfilment industry, is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to join their dynamic team in Coalville.
Responsibilities:
• Gain a detailed understanding of warehouse processes and applications through comprehensive training.
• Perform various warehouse duties, including operating the engraving machine for specific orders.
• Drive forklifts and manage inventory, including receiving, replenishment, and control.
• Prepare and dispatch orders, stacking, retrieving, sorting, and packing packages using our technology.
• Continuously optimise warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and minimise errors.
• Ensure compliance with internal safety policies and procedures.
• Support the Warehouse Manager by deputising in their absence and maintaining warehouse operations.
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
• Adherence to internal safety rules and ability to oversee compliance.
• Experience in completing delivery notes.
• Knowledge or experience in engraving is an advantage.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and general computer skills.
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
• Experience with engraving.
• In date forklift licence.
