Our client is a global manufacturing business based in Washington who are looking to recruit a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader on a permanent basis to work in their busy Distribution Centre.
The role will involve leading a team of 4 to 5 Order Pickers/Warehouse Operatives as well as carrying out general warehouse duties. Previous experience working within a warehouse with picking requirements is essential. The Company are willing to train and develop individuals, so would also consider people who may only have limited supervisory experience in a stand-in capacity.
Ideally, the succesful applicant with have a FLT C/balance licence. Training on other equipment would be provided.
This is a 2 shift weekly rotating role as follows:
Week 1: 6am-2pm
Week 2: 12pm-8pm Monday to Thursday, 10am-6pm Friday
