Warehouse Team Member – Pick, Pack & Dispatch
Employment Type: Casual
Hours: 8:30am to 2pm week days
This is a hands-on, repetitive warehouse role for someone who enjoys structure, routine, and doing things properly every time.
If you like working in an organised environment, following clear processes, and working independently once trained — you’ll do well here.
If you need variety, constant supervision, or dislike repetition, this role is not suitable.
What you’ll be responsible for
Picking and packing customer orders accurately
Labelling, counting, and checking stock
Following warehouse processes exactly
Keeping your workstation clean and organised
Working efficiently while maintaining accuracy
Using equipment to pack products
Leaving your area ready for the next shift
This role is ideal for someone who:
Has strong common sense
Enjoys repetitive, structured work
Works quickly and carefully
Follows instructions consistently
Can work unsupervised once trained
Takes pride in accuracy and organisation
Likes clear expectations and routines
This role is NOT suitable if you:
Get bored easily
Prefer variety over consistency
Rush and fix mistakes later
Need constant direction or supervision
Like to “do things your own way”
Struggle with routine or structure
