At UCC Coffee, we’re leaders in fresh coffee across Australia and New Zealand. As our Warehouse Team Member, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our coffee products move efficiently from warehouse to customer. You’ll be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, including picking and packing, receiving stock, and working with freight systems. This is a hands-on role where you'll work with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Picking/packing orders with accuracy and efficiency
Receiving, checking, and putting away stock using Warehouse Management Systems
Assisting with stocktakes and maintaining warehouse organisation
Supporting production during peak periods with green bean tipping, roasting, and packing
Working closely with couriers and freight companies to ensure smooth dispatch operations
About You
You’ll have a passion for logistics and a can-do approach to getting things done. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team to complete daily tasks. You’ll be detail-oriented, proactive, and take pride in ensuring accuracy in all aspects of your work. You’ll have good problem-solving abilities, ensuring smooth warehouse operations and great communication with couriers, freight companies, and your colleagues.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in a pick-and-pack warehousing environment
Forklift license (Counterbalance & Reach) is desirable – or willingness to obtain one
Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Ability to work well in a team and thrive in a fast-paced setting
Experience with WMS and RF technology (desirable but not essential)
This is a full-time Monday to Friday role based at our Allens Road warehouse. The warehouse is where we roast, store, and dispatch coffee to our wholesale and café customers.
