Job Description
Physical material receiving for distribution and packaging jobs and storage, retrieval and document recording and data entry into system.
Physically material picking for distribution and packaging jobs
Material issue to Packaging jobs against manual requisition slips with accuracy and ensure the verification is done by checkers.
Physical movement of all rejected and expired materials to their appropriate storage location. Physically weight of all rejected and expired material for destruction.
Maintain all quality records of Warehouse (Balance calibration, Equipment cleaning, Hand sanitizer, Disinfectant)
Physical Verification Warehouse stock as per schedule date and ensure there is no discrepancy in physical stock. Variances are to be noticed immediately to superiors to resolve quickly.
Responsible for overall safety of the Warehouse in view of safe material, man & equipment handling.
Safely handling a high reach stacker for material movement in warehouse area. Ensure the stacker are charge daily basis and there is no damages to Warehouse wall and Surface.
Physically Verification of all Incoming shipment and packing materials received from courier for daily shipment packing. Maintain all stationery items as per Warehouse and distribution requirements.
Responsible for Stock Variance.
Responsible for Return And Destruction all activity.
Responsible for Line Clearance and Packing List Generation.
Responsible for Shipment Packing as per packing Configuration
Responsible for location management based on requirement of SCM Team.
Responsible for Gel pack movement And Accountability.
