Qualifications
Prior experience working in a warehouse facility
Familiarity with PC and various software applications (i.e., Microsoft Office)
Have basic math skills required for conducting cycle counts and physical inventories
Be able to write in a legible manner when communicating information
Must be able to safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks
Can safely lift up to 75 lbs
Be able to work independently and perform duties with minimal supervision
Must have high school diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must be able to pass drug, background, MVR, and DOT screenings
This would require the ability to perform repetitive actions using hands, arms and legs
This position requires the ability to lift up to 75 lbs multiple times a day

Responsibilities
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for actively participating in the warehouse operations and activities by assisting the Warehouse Supervisor with maintenance of the warehouse, materials, inventory systems, and equipment
Maintain the organization and tracking of all materials within the yard and warehouse
Organize the warehouse/yard to professional standards – customer and company owned materials
Maintain the security of the warehouse/yard and its materials
Loading, unloading, and storing materials from the trucks using forklift and pallet jack, including obtaining parts for crews and retaining proper paperwork/documentation for inventory entering and exiting the premises
Participate in cycle counts and physical inventories as requested by Warehouse Supervisor / Corporate Office
Keeps records of incoming and outgoing equipment & materials; such as tracking all receipts and disbursements on warehouse forms and obtaining parts specified by pick sheets

Summary/Objective
