Duties
Wash, dry, and fold laundry items according to company standards
Sort laundry by color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
Ensure all laundry is handled with care to prevent damage
Provide friendly and professional customer service when interacting with clients
Manage time effectively to meet turnaround deadlines
Assist with inventory management of laundry supplies as needed
Experience
Prior experience in cleaning or laundry services is a plus but not required; training will be provided
Strong customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and independently
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
