Job RoleThe candidate will be working on-field and he will be responsible for:The servicing and maintenance of Water Purifiers and other Eureka Forbes ProductsHe will be required to travel within a radius of 2-3 km and will be required to go to houses for servicingThe shift timing will be +:30 am - 5:30 pm but will fluctuate as per the time slot given by the customersThe candidate should be jolly, approachable, and ready to travel on foot/bike. Candidates will be provided with a safety kit that will have face masks, gloves, etc. by the company free of cost.Client Product: Water PurifierThe candidate will have to service purifiersHe will have to carry a tool kit as well as spare partsHe will have to make calls to the customers for availabilityHe will have to be dressed properly and should be well behavedMandatesMinimum Educational Qualification:12th Pass Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Plumbing Technician PreferAge Criteria: Max age is 35 years oldGender: Male OnlySalary Offered: Rs 10,506 in hand along with PF/ESICIncentives based on performanceMobile Allowance is providedWorking Days: Sat/Sun will not be off. Rotational OffMinimum Experience: Fresher AllowedIf the candidate is experienced, experience in home appliance servicing like AC/Washing machine servicing is preferableCandidates from Kent RO are not PreferredLanguage Preferred:Mandatory: Hindi and Basic EnglishMarathi is preferableMandatory Documents: Aadhar CardPan CardBank ProofPhotoPrev Company OL & Salary Slips(if the candidate is experienced)Mandatory Possessions: Smartphone Mandatory The bike is Compulsory (No Petrol allowance Provided)Maintaining 6 Calls / Visits Per Day Productivity85% Attendance to be maintained per month Attend Customer Service Request [Complaint] [minimum 85% to be completed by same day]Documentation of all activities on the field as per the company process To raise the bill as per MRP of spares and ensure the payment collected from customers are submitted to BP same dayRenew Annual Maintenance Contract from In-Warranty & In Contract customer 30 days prior to the end date of Warranty/ ContractFollow up with a customer who has not renewed Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and renew the same
