Due to Fulton Hogan's ongoing growth within the Auckland Region, we are looking for motivated Water technicians to join our team in Albany as well as Mt Wellington. If you are ready for a change from reactive work or just a change in general, this is the job for you.
We are looking for an experienced highly Water Technician to join our New Connections Water team. We offer a competitive pay based on experience and skill level.
In addition to the above you will:
Complete water service connections and water quality and water assessments
Dig trenches to desired or required depths, by hand or using trenching tools.
Lay or guide pipes into trench and conduct the pipe connection with correct materials
Understand underground service plans, locate and protect them during excavations
Monitor plant maintenance - keeping accurate, timely and well organised records as required

We’re looking for someone with:
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Full Drivers Licence Class 1, Class 2 and WTR is preferred
Certificate in Water/Wastewater Treatment and Reticulation Maintenance is preferred
Understands principals and technology of water/wastewater treatment and reticulation
Understands principals and technology of water/wastewater treatment and reticulation
Creating, Connecting and caring for the community
