Join Fulton Hogan as a Water Technician and become a key member of our Water Maintenance team! Reporting to the WDC Water Maintenance Operations Manager, you’ll support our Water department to deliver top-quality work safely, efficiently, and on time.
In addition to the above you will:
Respond promptly to faults and perform water quality and operational testing
Relocate water service connections; assess and undertake repairs or replacements
Dig trenches and lay pipes, ensuring correct installation and connections
Read and interpret underground service plans and safely protect services during excavations
Accurately maintain and organise records relating to plant maintenance

We’re looking for someone with:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (local experience is a bonus)
Full driver’s licence (Class 1, Class 2 and WTR preferred)
Relevant NZQA qualification (Infrastructure Pipelaying, Pipeline Installation/Construction or Pipeline Maintenance)
Strong understanding of water/wastewater treatment and reticulation systems
