This is a hands-on field role where you will work alongside experienced operators to remove, repair, and install water well pumps. Our work directly impacts customers by restoring water service—what you do matters every day.

What You’ll Do
• Assist with pulling, installing, and repairing water well pumps
• Work with mechanical equipment, tools, and rig systems
• Help with well rehabilitation using mechanical and chemical methods
• Prepare job sites, materials, and equipment
• Maintain and repair company equipment
• Complete basic reports, logs, and timekeeping
What We’re Looking For
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Experience with pumps, construction, or heavy equipment preferred
• CDL required (Class A preferred, Class B acceptable with approval)
• Ability to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment
• Reliable transportation to and from the yard
• Team player with a strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
• Lift and move 50+ lbs
• Stand, walk, kneel, and work extended hours as needed
• Work around heavy equipment and moving mechanical parts
