esher for Internship program. Interns are expected to be associated with the Foundation on a full-term basis for the duration of the internship, at the designated locations, within India. Each Intern would be assigned a specific Project covering one or more functional areas in which they would need to participate. Each intern will be assigned a mentor to guide them through the internship course . Mentors will communicate the scope and the expected outcome during the internship. Satisfactory performance on the assigned areas(s) and completion of the expected outcome would determine the successful closure of the internship program.
During the internship program, interns are expected to meet and liaise with members of the HR department, users of the functional units corresponding to their projects. Primary locations of internship are Bangalore/Chennai/Kochi/Delhi/Kolkata/Bhubaneshwar/Mumbai/Pune While most of the activities of the interns may happen at the designated location of internship.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Advertising vacancies on all major job posting sites and on our social media platforms
2. Sourcing and reviewing applications to shortlist candidates
3. Interviewing shortlisted individuals
4. Consulting with the members of the applicable team to obtain their input on potential hires
5. Selecting the most suitable candidates and providing them with job offers.
6 .Understanding the job requirements
7. Sourcing, and screening candidates for the same role
8. Interacting with Delivery managers on requirements gathering and interview schedules, etc.
+. Working on salary negotiation with candidates and coordinating with clients regarding onboarding, etc.

• Prior HR internship or experience(preferred)
• Only interested candidates who are in the last semester and are willing to work post internship apply
Ability to commute/relocate/WFO:
Stipend: INR 10,000 /month to 18,000/month.
