We are hiring IT Functional Support Engineer At Taloja MIDC
Experience: 2 yrs – 4 yrs
Max Budget: 4 LPA
1. Provide functional support for SAP Business One (81) HANA system within the manufacturing domain.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to SAP B1 HANA functionality, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
4. Conduct system configurations, enhancements, and customizations to meet specific business needs.
5. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
6. Assist in user training and adoption of new features or system changes.
7. Perform data analysis and develop HANA structured queries to extract insights and support decision-making processes.
8. Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to ensure smooth operation.

10. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate effective communication and solution delivery.
