🔹 Position Details:
• Designation: Back Office Coordinator
• Vacancy: 1
• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Experience: 2 – 3 Years
• Job Type: Regular / Full-Time
• Work Location: Mahim (West), Mumbai – 400016
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)
• Timings: 10:00/10:30 AM to 6:30/7:00 PM
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Attending and managing phone calls
• Coordinating with field staff (Office Boy)
• Vendor coordination – price comparison & negotiation for IT / Telecom / CCTV / Access Control products
• Responding to client sales queries via email & phone
• Handling customer support coordination for IT / Telecom / CCTV / Access Control complaints
• Maintaining office stock & inventory records
• Tracking materials sent/received through courier or freight
🔹 Skills Required:
• 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong English communication (spoken & written)
• Basic Accounts / Tally knowledge will be an added advantage(not mandatory)
