Job Description
We are looking for a _Personal/ Executive Assistant_ to help with many projects for the
Executive team of 3. Also, you will be an office manager for specific duties and tasks. This is an important role for a serious person to take on a series of duties/tasks/projects and solve and manage many issues.
Important Qualifications
- Good English communication skills - writing, reading, speaking. You have clarity in your thinking.
- Good Phone skills- Can you solve a problem over the phone, can you negotiate for a bill? Can
you call multiple times until we get the right person on the phone.
- Basic accounting skills: You have an understanding of accounting principles, excel work,
financial details and terminology. Track a budget.
- Excellent organizational skills- handle many projects at once. Get them completed. The most
important part.
- Strong knowledge of Computers, Internet Research, Microsoft Excel, Word, Office. Google
Docs.
- Can be trusted with confidential details
- Punctual/ You are on time and ready to complete every project/ You are here to put 200%.
- Very Organized/ Take Notes
- Handle Stress and can be reliable. Handling stress, being focused and getting things checked
off is important!
Responsibilities :
Handle all personal tasks given including phone calls, online accounts, booking travel
arrangements, making purchases and returns, filling out paperwork. Billing related issues.
Doing in-depth research on a topic and giving back clear results
Proactive about solving any problems around the office; keeping track of issues to be
addressed in weekly meetings.
Supporting the office staff where needed. Being a team player and always giving a helping
hand
Coordinate with outside vendors, contractors and find new ones as needed.
Trusted with confidential information and knows how to keep things organized.
Write emails, briefs, office documents
Great opportunity to learn about the fashion business, finance, managing large projects, how to
do research on an international level. We will guide you on how to accomplish each task in the
beginning but expect the person to learn quickly. This position has good compensation for
qualified candidate.
The assistant will be expected to execute various research projects carefully with no mistakes,
speed and focus. This is a position that requires heavy research on the internet, can be
persistent to get an answer and figure it out on their own.
