Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Site Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in overseeing construction projects, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and providing support to the senior engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with some experience in construction engineering to grow their skills and advance their careers.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project progress and report on site activities to the Senior Site Engineer.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Perform quality control checks and ensure all work is completed to the highest standard.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, plans, and records.
• Support the resolution of technical issues and challenges encountered on-site.
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of construction equipment and tools.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on site activities.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
