B.E. / B.Tech (preferably ECE, E&E, E&I, Mechatronics).
2-8 years of experience in Automotive Embedded Software development (Powertrain software development experience is preferred).
Technical skills:
• Hands on experience in MATLAB, Simulink and AUTOSAR
• Expert knowledge with ProcLib of Powertrain Function development.
• Basic understanding of Hardware circuit in a controller (ECU).
• Good debugging skills and knowledge of tools for debugging, testing and validation like INCA, LabCar, SiL(TPT).
• Knowledge on requirements and change management tools like DOORS / RQONE/ ALM.
• Familiar with Configuration Management tools and Version Control Systems e.g. ClearCase / SDOM.
• Willingness to work in Automotive domain.
Soft skills:
• Good customer handling / interaction & coordination skills.
• Excellent communication (oral & written) and Interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to meet quality and time targets in the project
• Able to solve the technical problems / queries independently with minimum customer interaction
• Must be proactive, self-driven, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be a team player - able to work as part of a dedicated project team.
