In today s highly competitive private equity market, firms must not only deliver superior returns, but also respond to more stringent reporting requirements and increasing demands for information both from within and outside their organization. Throughout the industry there is mounting pressure on organizations to do more, requiring a clear technology strategy that not only addresses the demands of today, but also enables the growth and performance of tomorrow.
What You Will Be Doing
• Develop core versions of software applications for sale to external clients.
• Identifies client purchasing requirements and technical specifications through Product Management and/or client representatives.
• Interacts with engineering groups to assist in design changes to equipment and/or software.
• Trains and communicates with clients on systems application.
What You Bring
• 4.5 to 6 years of Cobol applications Development Experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in COBOL/Microfocus COBOL, Oracle/DB2, SQL.
• Must have knowledge/experience in C Programming, Unix.
• Good knowledge in Product development lifecycle and the process tools. Thorough impact analysis skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
