Understand the mapped customer base in terms of the client profile, business/ professional
• background, family / demographic details, financial holdings and goals, assets/ investments in the Bank and in other places.
• Build strong relationships with existing Customer base to achieve higher wallet penetration in
• terms of products, deepening of account balances and more transactions on the A/Cs to acheve defined business targets
• Provide professional customer service/support towards achieving higher customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure ongoing self-development, updating oneself about the markets & current affairs drives the financial Industry
