Web Analytics Expert / Specialist

What we expect :

You would be expected to lead all Google Analytics-related projects and tasks in the company. You will need to understand the business requirements and needs and build the right measurement and tracking foundations.

With out-of-the-box thinking, you will have to connect the dots between the different departments, existing databases and analytics platforms in order to create one coherent picture.

Skills Required :
• 3+ years experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager GA4
• 3+ experience is preferred
• 2+ years experience using Google Data Studio
• Experience working with Google Analytics API / Facebook API / etc.
• Ability to read and understand business needs and creatively develop solutions Ability to think out of the box, problem solve, move quickly but thoughtfully, and adapt Hands-on experience with Super metrics connector is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities :
• Successfully prepare, plan, and implement Google Analytics 4 on multiple client accounts Implement, customise & maintain GA4 on all of the client’s assets (some are direct clients, and some are through another agency so there will be multiple account logins involved)
• Perform audits of GA-UA and GA4 accounts to ensure that everything is being tracked properly Address basic and advanced tracking needs including cross-domain tracking, rollup properties, eCommerce, server-side Google Tag Manager, data warehouse integrations and more Create measurement frameworks and update annotation spreadsheets to identify tracking gaps and then fix them Track objectives, KPIs and audiences in Google Data Studio dashboards and reports
• Rewire all of the tables and Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) dashboards that are currently relying on Google Analytics 4 Be the owner of Google Tag Manager and tracking pixels implementation in the company

Responsible for managing client’s GTM and Google Analytics accounts successfully deliver data & analytics solutions & implementation of highly effective tracking solutions

Google Analytics UA & GA4

Support for Google Analytics including implementations, upgrades and account audits across multiple clients digital analytics implementations across web and app technologies Enhanced eCommerce tracking Implementation of Google Enhanced Ecommerce solutions Implement tags and tracking technologies Strong understanding of web based languages such as JavaScript, CSS and HTML

Additional Analytics Tools

Analyze website and cross-channel digital behavior using an array of digital marketing tools Google Analytics, Google BigQuery, Google Optimize, Heat Mapping software, and BI tools Analyze complex customer behavioral data such as page / path analysis, clickstream, funnel progression, CTA optimization, page / site abandonment, traffic mix content consumption etc.

Ensure proper web analytics implementation to facilitate data collection and ongoing quality enhancement.

Ensure proper tag implementation by UAT’ing (User Acceptance Test) in the production environment Strong understanding of digital metrics especially in digital media channels (Facebook, GDN, DCM, Google Ads etc.

Strong understanding of UX / CX measurement platform (Content Square, Hotjar etc.) Hands-on experience in GA4 Migration International clients working exposure & direct communication responsible for Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager Audits

Must Have :
