We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Analyst to join our team. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for testing our web and Android applications as well as APIs to ensure they meet functional and performance requirements. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of testing methodologies and processes and will be able to effectively communicate and document issues to the development team.
Responsibilities:
Test web and Android applications and APIs to identify defects and areas of improvement.
Develop and maintain test cases and test plans to ensure adequate testing coverage.
Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure requirements are met.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality and testability.
Create and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency and effectiveness of testing.
Track and report testing progress and results.
Document defects and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with new testing methodologies, technologies and tools.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience in testing WEB and Android Apps.
Experience with testing RESTful APIs.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
