The candidate must be a talented and motivated Web and Graphic Designer with skills in digital marketing and office management
Shaping our digital presence and visual identity
In addition to web and graphic design responsibilities, candidate will also contribute to digital marketing initiatives and assist in office management tasks
The ideal candidate should be a creative thinker with a strong eye for design, a passion for the latest trends in web and graphic design, and the ability to manage digital marketing efforts and office-related tasks efficiently
Create visually appealing and user-friendly website designs that align with brand guidelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and goals
Develop responsive designs that enhance the user experience across various devices
Design and produce various marketing materials, including brochures, banners, social media graphics, and presentations
Maintain and evolve the visual brand identity across all platforms and materials
Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns
Create visually engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and online advertisements
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Work closely with the Development and Project team to ensure seamless integration of design elements and user interface functionality
Conduct user research and implement feedback to enhance the overall user experience
Coordinate and manage office-related tasks, including supplies, scheduling, and administrative support
Support team collaboration by organizing meetings, maintaining office organization, and assisting with day-to-day operations
Ensure consistency in design elements and branding across all channels and platforms
Collaborate with marketing teams to align design strategies with overall brand objectives
Stay Current with Design Trends and Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies
Continuously improve skills and stay up-to-date with the latest design software and techniques
Stay current with best practices in office management
Proven experience as a Web and Graphic Designer or similar role
Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding of web design principles, user experience, and responsive design
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong organizational and office management abilities
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and a strong portfolio showcasing previous work
Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field
